RFID INVENTORY SAAS FOR HOSPITALS

Know where every gown is.

LinenTrack is RFID inventory software for hospital linen and patient gowns. Tag each item once, scan whole carts in seconds, and see stock, location and loss in one live dashboard — while your current laundry vendor stays.

Who it's for
Hospitals and long-term care hospitals that manage patient gowns and linen with an outsourced laundry.
What it replaces
Paper ledgers, manual counts and hand-written statutory laundry records.

Designed so patient names and national ID numbers are never stored. Privacy & security

Problem

What you can't see, you lose

In most hospitals, linen and patient gowns are still tracked with paper ledgers and rough counts. The losses are invisible — and they repeat every year.

01 / MANUAL

Paper ledgers and guesswork

Stock is counted by hand, if at all. Nobody knows the real number on hand until a ward runs short.

02 / LOSS

Missing — but where?

When items disappear, there is no way to tell whether they were lost inside the hospital or at the outsourced laundry. Without records, every billing dispute ends in a stalemate.

03 / COMPLIANCE

Statutory records by hand

Korean hospitals must keep laundry records for three years and file an annual report. Today that means days of manual paperwork, and one mistake means doing it again.

How it works

Tag once. Scan in bulk. See everything.

No construction work, no new IT infrastructure. Staff keep their routine and add a scan at each hand-off.

  1. 01

    Tag

Attach a laundry-grade RFID tag to each gown and linen item. It stays on for the life of the item.

  2. 02

    Bulk scan

Staff read a whole cart at once with an Android RFID handheld reader app — no item-by-item counting.

  3. 03

    Offline-safe sync

Scans are queued on the device when the network drops and uploaded later. Duplicate reads are discarded automatically.

  4. 04

    Dashboard

Stock, location and loss update in the web dashboard as scans arrive. Current status is always the last scan.

Features

Everything in one dashboard

A browser-based dashboard for managers and a reader app for the people doing the scanning.

LIVE

Real-time inventory

Stock by status and by ward, updated with every scan. See where every item is right now.

LOSS

Two-layer loss analysis

Laundry loss (sent out minus returned) and in-house loss (issued but not returned after N days) are measured separately, so you know where items leak.

FORMS

Statutory forms, generated

Daily scans become the statutory laundry ledger automatically. Records accumulate for the three-year retention period; pick a period to export the annual report.

VENDOR

Keep your laundry vendor

Works with any outsourced laundry. Pickup and delivery scans reconcile counts automatically, making settlements transparent.

NO-STORE

No patient data stored

No patient names or national ID numbers. Internal codes only, masked on screen, data isolated per hospital and every access recorded in an audit log.

Privacy & security
WARDS

Per-ward stock and staff roles

Each ward's stock is tracked separately, and staff permissions are set per role, so people see and change only what they are responsible for.

How we use Claude

Claude is how LinenTrack is built today, and part of what we plan to ship next. Here is what is in use and what is still planned.

IN USE

Built with Claude Code

The whole product — web dashboard, server and Android reader app — has been designed, implemented and audited with Claude Code by a solo founder.

  • Architecture, data model and implementation
  • Security reviews of authentication, access control and data handling
  • Automated tests written and run alongside changes
PLANNED · IN DEVELOPMENT

Claude API inside the product

Not yet available to hospitals. What we are building:

  • Explain loss patterns. When loss looks unusual, give managers a plain-language explanation of where and when items are going missing.
  • Draft monthly statutory reports. Turn scan records into a first draft that staff review before filing.
  • No patient identifiers in prompts. By design, only aggregated counts and internal item codes are sent to the model.

Built by Haeyum Labs

Haeyum Labs was founded by a hospital administrator who builds LinenTrack as a solo developer: software that takes repetitive work off hospital staff. "Haeyum" is a native Korean word for "thought".
